Crisis Resources

Please note that we are not immediately reachable by phone or email at all times. In the event that you experience a mental health crisis/emergency and need to speak with a mental health professional right away, the following crisis hotlines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

These hotlines are able to provide immediate assistance and can also aid in facilitating a psychiatric hospitalization, if that becomes necessary.

You may also call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for immediate support.
