Careers at Brickel and Associates, LLC

At Brickel & Associates, we believe healing happens through safety, connection, and thoughtful clinical care. For more than two decades, our practice has been dedicated to providing deeply attuned, strengths-based psychotherapy grounded in the latest research on trauma, attachment, neuroscience, and the brain–body connection.

Our clinicians share a commitment to compassionate, ethical, and paced trauma work. We approach therapy through a non-pathologizing lens that honors each client’s lived experience, resilience, and capacity for healing.

As our practice grows, we welcome skilled, reflective clinicians who value depth in their clinical work, lifelong learning, and collaboration with colleagues who care deeply about the quality of care they provide.

If you are drawn to meaningful trauma-informed therapy and want to work within a supportive community of clinicians, we would love to hear from you.
