  • Fees & Payment – Information about session fees, out-of-network insurance coverage, and payment options is included in your new client forms. 
  • Cancellations & Scheduling – Please review our policies on appointment cancellations and rescheduling to avoid any fees. 
  • Client Rights – Your rights as a client, including confidentiality and informed consent, are outlined in your client forms and discussed with you during your first visit.

We are a private pay, fee-for-service, out-of-network (OON) practice and we do not participate as a provider with any insurance company.
